Saturday 7 June: Celebrate Viking culture and local heritage at the annual Scandinavian and Viking Festival in Sussex Inlet! This lively South Coast event features a Viking village with live battle re-enactments, artisan markets, axe juggling, firelight displays, and music across multiple stages. Families will love the two kids’ zones with free rides and entertainment, while food lovers can enjoy treats from over 40 food stalls. Organised by the Sussex Inlet and District Chamber of Commerce, it’s a fun-filled day for all ages.

OpenField Arts Festival Berry

12 -15 June 10am to 5pm: OpenField is a multidisciplinary arts festival to be held across four days in the town of Berry NSW, opening in June 2023 and every two years after. The largely free event will showcase contemporary art in and around the town in unique non-museum venues, including halls, community spaces and natural reserves. The festival program will also include performances, talks, live music and a pop-up cinema.
