The event will start at 6 am Joe’s Brekky & Brunch Cafe, Sanctuary Point – on Saturday 18th February 2023, where free coffee will be provided to all attendees – funded by Shoalhaven Suicide Prevention Awareness Network (SSPAN).
The Man Walk provides an opportunity for men to get together and walk, talk and support each in a regular and healthy way by ‘Connecting Men, strengthening communities and combating isolation’
